What materials do I need to submit to get started?
You only need to complete our short Founder Portal form with your company details and a link to your current pitch deck or executive summary. We do not require complex financial models at the initial introductory stage.
Do you lead rounds or co-invest?
We do both. We frequently anchor rounds for seed companies where our Star Groups capabilities offer distinct strategic tailwinds, and we also participate as a collaborative value-add syndicate partner alongside institutional lead venture funds.
Are Star Groups capabilities mandatory or bundled into the investment?
No. Portfolio companies retain complete autonomy. Any operational collaboration with Star Groups businesses (such as StarTech India or Star Growth Hub) is completely voluntary, strictly based on mutual strategic alignment, and independently agreed upon.
How does Star Venture Capital maintain confidentiality?
All materials submitted through our Founder Portal are reviewed exclusively by our Investment Committee partners under strict fiduciary and institutional non-disclosure standards.
